Kwordia

Terms of Service

Draft for review · 14 September 2026 · Not yet effective

About these terms

Kwordia is operated by Andre Clinchant, a sole trader trading as Kwordia. These proposed terms cover Kwordia’s SEO research and monitoring tools for both business customers and consumers. Consumer rights apply where you act wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.

For support, billing enquiries or complaints, email support@kwordia.com.

The effective date remains to be confirmed before these terms are offered for acceptance.

Your account and permitted use

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Only connect properties and submit information you are authorised to access or use. Do not use Kwordia unlawfully, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service or bypass usage and access controls. Do not submit sensitive personal information or secrets as search inputs.

Membership and usage credit

Membership and search usage are separate. Membership is billed in GBP on the monthly or yearly plan selected at checkout. New membership plans have no setup fee and do not include usage credit. Earlier subscriptions may retain their original terms.

Usage top-ups are one-off USD payments. SEO search charges are in USD and the displayed customer charge includes Kwordia’s service margin. A payment provider may apply its own currency conversion. The selected plan, amount and currency should be checked before payment.

Purchased usage credit does not expire. You may request a refund of your unused purchased credit at any time, including when closing your account. Promotional and test credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Upfront estimates are provided where available. The final charge can depend on the requested tool and returned results. Completed searches remain chargeable even if they find no matching ranking or useful result, subject to the refund rules below and your statutory rights. Tax treatment must be confirmed before these draft terms become effective.

Recurring ranking checks

Enabling a schedule authorises checks at the selected frequency, subject to its saved USD spending limit and available credit. Run now brings the next check forward and restarts the daily or weekly interval from that run. The worker must be available; scheduled times are not guaranteed completion times.

You may edit, pause or delete schedules using their controls. An already-started check may complete and be charged using its original settings. Checks that exceed the authorised limit or encounter insufficient credit pause. An interrupted check may require review before it can be retried or deleted.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Membership renews under the PayPal subscription you approve unless automatic renewal is cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time through PayPal or by contacting support@kwordia.com. When you cancel renewal, access continues until the end of your paid membership period. Cancelling renewal is separate from pausing recurring searches; manage both when you want to stop future activity.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first membership purchase, we refund that membership payment in full. This membership refund does not by itself refund separately purchased or used search credit. After that initial period, later membership payments are not routinely refunded for partially used periods, except for billing errors, service failures or where the law requires a refund.

We refund duplicate or incorrect search charges and confirmed failed searches. A completed search that returns no matching ranking is not, for that reason alone, a failed search. Unused purchased credit is refundable on request, including on account closure; promotional and test credits are not refundable.

Send refund requests to support@kwordia.com, giving your account email and relevant payment or search reference. Do not send card details or passwords. We issue approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method where possible. Where statutory rules require a different or earlier deadline, those rules take precedence.

These commercial refund rules apply to both business customers and consumers. They do not limit any statutory cancellation rights or remedies for services that do not meet legal standards.

Implementation note for this draft: these rules were approved on 14 September 2026. Paid-period access after cancellation, refund handling, the consumer cancellation notice/form and any necessary early-service request must be verified before these terms become effective.

Results and availability

Rankings and other metrics are observations or estimates from third-party sources and may vary by date, location, device and search conditions. No particular position, traffic level, revenue or SEO outcome is guaranteed. A missing ranking means no match was found in the results checked; it does not establish that the website does not exist.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. Service availability may depend on upstream providers and maintenance. Do not rely on Kwordia as your only copy of important research.

Content and third-party services

You retain any rights you have in your submitted material and authorise its processing as needed to provide the requested tools. Third-party data and content may carry separate rights or licence restrictions; access through Kwordia does not grant unrestricted redistribution rights. PayPal, Google and other connected services also apply their own terms.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the proposed handling of account, search, connection and billing information. Both documents require approval before launch.

Suspension, responsibility and disputes

The final terms must specify proportionate suspension and closure procedures, notice arrangements, any legally permitted limits of liability, and governing law and dispute arrangements appropriate to the operator and customer audience. Nothing in the approved terms should exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
